Covered Under Warranty

  • Warranty covers faults in internal components. It includes the battery, motherboard, charging circuitry, and internal Bluetooth/Wi-Fi modules.

  • System and firmware issues not caused by misuse or user error are included (e.g., pairing failures or charging port malfunctions).

  • Battery performance issues beyond normal wear and tear are covered for the duration of the warranty.

  • Complimentary diagnostics, repair, and replacement are provided for all verified manufacturing defects.

  • This leading industry warranty applies to all Haval Tech accessories, including the 25W Fast Charger, S32 Portable Speaker, and Z40 Pro Z Buds.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover?

  • Warranty does not include physical damage like cracked casings, broken charging pins, or damage from drops.

  • Water and liquid damage are excluded.

  • Repairs and modifications by unauthorized parties are not covered.

  • Accidental damage, theft, and loss are not included.

  • We still provide affordable support and advice if your issue isn’t covered—simply reach out to our team.


How to Claim

Email info@havaltechs.com with your tracking number (if returning), courier name, and order number in the subject line. This same email can be used for warranty status updates.
