🚚 Same Day Dispatch

If you place and pay for your order before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday), we guarantee same-day dispatch.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday, or during weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

  • Note: Bank and public holidays are excluded from the same-day dispatch guarantee.

📦 Order Progress Updates

We keep you informed throughout the entire fulfillment process:

  • Confirmation: You will receive order confirmation and tracking details via email. Please check your Spam/Junk folders if you do not see them.

  • Shipping: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and the name of the courier for real-time tracking.


💸 Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Free Shipping: Typically delivered within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary based on location, courier performance, and external factors like weather.

  • Next Day Delivery: We prioritize these orders for delivery on the next business day. Please note that in rare cases (e.g., courier delays or weather disruptions), delivery may be slightly delayed.

🚛 Our Delivery Partners

We primarily use Royal Mail, Evri, and other reliable logistics providers. Couriers are selected based on your specific location to ensure the best speed, security, and coverage.


⌛ Delayed, Lost, or In-Transit Orders

  • Next Day Delivery: If the courier fails to deliver on time, we will refund your shipping fee.

  • Free Shipping: We do not offer refunds for delays on free shipping services.

  • Lost Parcels: If a parcel is lost or stuck in transit, a full refund will be issued 15 working days after the shipping date, following a formal courier investigation.

📦 Damaged or Tampered Packages

If a parcel arrives damaged, opened, or re-sealed, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

  • If you accept a compromised parcel, you must obtain written evidence from the courier company before notifying us.

  • Haval Tech is not liable for replacements or refunds without official evidence from the courier.

📩 Proof of Non-Delivery

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  1. Contact the courier to request written confirmation that it was not delivered to your address.

  2. Submit this official response to us within 10 days of the marked delivery date.

  3. Email the evidence to info@havaltechs.com.

  • Please note: We cannot process claims based on inquiry numbers alone; valid written proof is required.
