Refund policy

All returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, unless different terms apply to a specific product. To request a return or refund, use the Contact Us form or send an email to info@havaltechs.com. You can also contact us via WhatsApp. Please wait for our confirmation before sending any items. Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted, and Haval Tech will not be responsible for any resulting loss.


Return Scenarios and Conditions

I. Defective / Faulty / Wrong Item / Missing Parts

  • Report issues immediately or within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

II. Arrived Damaged

  • Report damage immediately and within 3 days of delivery.

  • A written statement from the courier company must be provided, confirming the damage occurred during shipping.

  • Must include original packaging and all accessories.

III. Changed Mind / Ordered by Mistake

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days for brand-new items that are still sealed.

  • Full refunds are available for sealed, unused products; manufacturer seals must remain intact.

  • Provide a tracking number after dispatch.

  • If the seal is broken, refunds may be reduced by 10%–70%, depending on the product’s condition and usage.

  • Returns for generic accessories are not accepted.


Shipping Costs

  • Prepaid return labels are provided for defective, faulty, or damaged items. If a label cannot be provided, customers must send the item back and shipping costs will be reimbursed.

  • For "Changed Mind" or mistake returns, customers must cover return shipping. A prepaid label may be issued, with the cost deducted from the refund.


Returns After 30 Days

  • Returns after 30 days are accepted only under the seller's warranty, if applicable, and only for repair purposes.

  • Customers must cover shipping costs for both return and re-delivery.


Warranty Information

Covered Under Warranty:

  • Faults in internal components, including the battery, motherboard, display, camera, speaker, and charging port.

  • Software and system issues not caused by misuse or user error.

  • Battery performance issues beyond normal wear and tear.

  • Complimentary diagnostics, repair, and replacement.

  • This leading industry warranty applies to all refurbished devices, including iPhones and Samsung phones.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Physical damage (e.g., cracked screens, damage from drops).

  • Water and liquid damage.

  • Repairs and modifications by unauthorized parties.

  • Accidental damage, theft, and loss.

  • Haval Tech provides affordable repair services from our Phone Repair Centre in Manchester if your issue is not covered.


Return Instructions

Email info@havaltechs.com with your tracking number, courier name, and order number in the subject line. This same email can be used for return status updates.

Return Packaging Requirements:

  • Label the order number on or inside the parcel.

  • Reset the device to factory settings and remove all locks, passwords, and IDs.

  • Include chargers, cables, and accessories only if instructed. Haval Tech is not responsible for items sent without instructions.


Processing & Refunds

  • Processing Times: Once tracking confirms delivery, allow 1–3 working days for processing. If repair costs require shared payment and no response is received within 2–3 working days, the device will be returned without repair.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are not issued after 30 days, regardless of the issue. Refund amounts are at the discretion of Haval Tech.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 3 working days of receiving the item. Funds may take up to 14 working days to appear in the original payment method. For refund queries, email info@havaltechs.com.


Important Notes

  • Customers must understand the policy before dispatching items.

  • Prepaid return labels must be printed and posted; collection service is not offered.

  • Devices must be reset, unlocked, and ID-free to avoid delays.

  • Once a return is accepted, dispatch must occur within 7 days. Returns received after this period may be refused.
